3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC)

Use of certain services requires KYC verification as per regulatory norms. You agree to submit authentic and complete documents. Failure to pass KYC may limit or restrict access to services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with invalid or suspicious KYC data.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

By availing of paid services or features, you agree to pay applicable charges, service fees, and any associated taxes. StanzaPe reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce new fees with reasonable prior notice. Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All transactions are final. Refunds are only applicable in cases of failed transactions attributable to StanzaPe, subject to confirmation from the payment gateway. No refund shall be processed in case of user error or failed KYC. Any refund will be processed within 3–15 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of StanzaPe or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

10. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party websites or APIs. StanzaPe is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party services. Use them at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

StanzaPe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our Platform or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the respective transaction, if any.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Modifications to Terms

StanzaPe reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by posting the updated version on our website with an effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
