Refund And Cancellation
  • By purchasing any subscription plan or service offered by StanzaPe, the user acknowledges and agrees that all payments made are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all e-commerce technology services and digital platform solutions provided by StanzaPe.
  • The act of purchasing a plan or service is considered final and binding. As per applicable laws, no cancellations or reversals shall be entertained once the transaction is confirmed.
  • Upon successful payment and verification of Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, StanzaPe will activate the user’s account and assign a unique User ID on the official mobile application or website.
  • In cases where KYC verification fails, StanzaPe will not be able to provide access to subscribed services. No balance amount will be refunded in such cases. Hence, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure a successful KYC process to activate and avail all services.
  • For any failed transactions attributable to StanzaPe, and upon receiving a valid confirmation from the payment gateway, the transaction amount (excluding gateway charges and applicable taxes) will be auto-refunded to the user's original bank account within 3–15 working days from the transaction date.
  • A confirmation email regarding the refund will be sent to the user's registered email address upon processing.
  • Please note: Only the net transaction value will be refunded. All payment gateway charges and applicable GST or other taxes are non-refundable.
  • If the user receives a successful transaction confirmation but does not receive the expected service, they are advised to report the issue by emailing the support team at the address provided on this website.
  • Upon receiving such a complaint, StanzaPe will promptly investigate the issue. In rare and exceptional scenarios, StanzaPe may issue a refund after deducting applicable service or processing charges, based on the findings of the inquiry.
  • UnPay’s liability is strictly limited to the refund of the actual amount received for a specific transaction. The company will not entertain any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delay or failure in service delivery.
  • This refund and cancellation policy forms an integral part of the overall Terms and Conditions between the user (or any authorized reseller/distributor/business associate) and StanzaPe.
  • By using our platform, the user agrees to abide by this policy and all terms mentioned herein, including those stated under any affiliate, partner, distributor, or retail agreement with StanzaPe.
